Laura Petroski
Co-Founder & Principal
Laura is a seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of experience across public accounting, financial leadership, and accounting education. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver — and has spent her career turning complex financial situations into clean, reliable systems that businesses can actually use.
As the lead of client delivery at GrowthLedger Solutions, Laura is the person doing the work. She oversees every client engagement — from cleaning up the books and building a proper chart of accounts, to managing month-end close, payroll, and financial reporting. Her hands-on controller experience means she doesn’t just understand accounting theory — she knows what it takes to get a business’s financials to a place where ownership can make confident, strategic decisions.

Paul Petroski Jr
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Paul brings over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams across sales, operations, and strategy at some of the country’s fastest-growing companies. Before co-founding GrowthLedger Solutions, he built and scaled Revenue Enablement functions at SaaS and healthcare technology organizations — partnering directly with executive leadership to align business goals, drive revenue growth, and build the operational infrastructure that lets teams perform at their best.
That background is exactly what he brings to GrowthLedger Solutions. As the driving force behind sales and business operations, Paul is responsible for building client relationships, identifying the right fit for each engagement, and ensuring the business runs the way it should — with clear processes, the right people, and a relentless focus on client outcomes.
Paul knows what it looks like when a growing business outgrows its systems. He’s lived it. And he started GrowthLedger Solutions because he believes business owners deserve a financial partner who understands not just the numbers, but the pressure of building something — and what it actually takes to scale it.
Paul holds a B.S. from Penn State University and a Masters from Denver Seminary. In his free time, he is drumming with his band, growing crazy things in his garden, or biking the many trails through Denver with Laura.
